PartnersIan Charles-Jones specializes in marine insurance litigation; GIT disputes and related matters involving both defence and recovery work. He is the firm's Managing Partner. Chris Chatfield specialises in Goods in Transit work (primarily road and ocean carriage), policy disputes, insurance litigation and the drafting of commercial contracts (such as distribution agreements and forwarders' standard trading conditions). His goods in transit work includes both recoveries and liability work. Chris specialises in marine insurance coverage disputes; litigation arising out of the carriage of goods by road (CMR) and sea; and the recovery of subrogated claims and liability matters on behalf of Insurers. He is an accredited Mediator with Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and a Member of the British Maritime Law Association. Roy Ginsberg specializes in salvage; general average; contract of carriage by sea disputes and marine insurance litigation, principally representing cargo interests. Mark specialises in insurance litigation (both marine and non-marine) including coverage disputes. Mark also specialises in Salvage and GA matters together with carriage of goods disputes (liability and recovery matters). Mark within this field covers pleasure craft and yacht work and ports and terminals work involving both litigation and contractual issues. David Perry specializes in international trade documentation and disputes; charterparty disputes; P&I Club work and reinsurance litigation. He is a member of the British Maritime Law Association sub-committee on insurance law. He is the firm's Senior Partner. Andrew Purssell specialises in marine insurance litigation handling both coverage disputes and recovery actions; reinsurance; international trade disputes; charter party claims and carriage of goods by sea.
