Paula Cook specialises in carriage of goods disputes (including both liability and recovery matters) and insurance litigation.

Prior to joining the firm as a Paralegal in January 2004, Paula worked for JSA (Adjusters) Ltd for 6 years as a Surveyor/Claims Adjuster dealing with predominately goods in transit liability claims, but including some public liability matters and recovery work. She was also employed for 6 years as a Claims Adjuster for Transport Insurance Services Ltd as UK Correspondents to Ocean Transport Insurance Mutual dealing with equipment, third party liability, cargo liability and errors and omissions claims for freight forwarders, customs brokers, port authorities, road hauliers and intermodal transport operators worldwide. Paula completed her LLB (Hons) degree in 2005 and her Legal Practice Course in 2007 before qualifying in March 2008.
