Peter specialises in multicargo cases and marine insurance litigation with experience working on disputes arising out of carriage of goods by road and sea as well as advising owners and charterers in charterparty disputes.

Peter graduated from Nottingham University with a degree in Law and completed the LPC (with a commendation) at the College of Law in Guildford. He worked as a paralegal at Berwin Leighton Paisner and Addleshaw Goddard before beginning his training contract at Waltons and Morse in October 2007. He qualified with the firm in May 2009.

Peter specialises in multicargo cases and has been heavily engaged in representing multiple cargo interests involved in the grounding of the MSC Napoli in January 2007, working on the recovery and salvage issues. He has experience working on disputes arising out of carriage of goods by road and sea and advising owners and charterers in charterparty disputes.
