Adrian's specialities include LOF and common law salvage claims, wreck removal contracts on both Bimco Wreckstage and Wreckhire terms and towage contracts.

With over 40 years experience in shipping, 35 of which have been spent in the legal profession, Adrian's been involved in some major casualties and responsible for "THE GORING" ( [1988] 1 Lloyd's Rep. 397) where the House of Lords decided the jurisdiction of the Admiralty Court in relation to a claim for salvage remuneration in non tidal waters.
